Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love LIVE! And here at LIVE! we pride ourselves in high quality products with ultimate customer satisfaction. So here are a few tips on our Exchange and Returns Policy.  

Please allow upto 30 days for your refund to be processed.  

Our returns policy lasts 30 days so you have plenty of time to decide if the product is right for you. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and returned in the same condition in which you received it. Tags must still be attached & it must also be in the original packaging. For Swim Wear & Beach Wear: the item’s should be unworn, unwashed, with tags, original packaging & hygiene sticker in place. For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on swimwear if the hygiene sticker has been removed from its original position.  All products are subject to inspection and refusal of return is dependant on the products condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be approved or rejected.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and an email sent to you, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  If your return is rejected you will be sent an email notification.

We only replace items outside of the 30 day refund policy if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
